Sync Google Contacts & Groups to Your iPhone

The iphone arrives with created-in assist for Gmail and Google Calendars. However, syncing your Google Contacts is not supported out of the box. To relieve this situation, Google constructed a services named Google Sync, which employs the iphone's Microsoft Trade selection to sync your Google Contacts onto your iphone and other Apple units running on iOS edition three.0 or later on. As of April 2011, Google Sync does not have the potential to sync groups other than your "My Contacts" group.

Faucet the "Settings" icon on your iphone's property display screen.

Select the "Mail, Contacts, Calendars" alternative, then press "Include Account..."

Decide on the "Microsoft Trade" alternative at the top rated of the display screen.

Enter your Google account data and depart the "Domain" discipline blank, then Faucet "Up coming."

Form "m.google.com" into the "Server" subject, then Faucet "Following."

Flip "Contacts" to the "ON" placement on the Following web page, then Faucet "Performed." Your Google Contacts will now be synced to your iphone.
